Questions owners ask us

We already use registers and Excel. How hard is the switch?

We migrate your item list, customers, suppliers and opening balances for you, then run Elevariq alongside your registers for the first two weeks so nobody has to trust it blindly.

Does the AI change our records on its own?

No. The AI only suggests. Every transfer, order or reminder needs approval from someone whose role allows it, and both the suggestion and the decision are logged.

What if the internet goes down?

Counter and warehouse screens are being built to keep working offline and sync when the connection returns. Until then, Elevariq runs in any browser and on mobile data.

Can my staff use it in Urdu?

The interface is in English today. Urdu screens and asking questions in Urdu or Roman Urdu are on the roadmap.

Who owns our data?

You do. You can export everything at any time, and we never use one customer's data to serve another.
